Tamara is a married mom of two boys, Tristan (13) and Trace (10), both of whom attended GLG. Tamara started at GLG as a substitute teacher, got hired as an assistant, became a lead teacher, and was promoted to director in 2021. Beckie serves as the administrative coordinator for the church, as well as the assistant to Pastor Chris. She believes that her God-given role is to assist our pastors and volunteers in creating a seamless organization. Beckie also sees her position as a way of ministering to the women of our church and community. Beckie enjoys reading and camping with her husband, Kevin, and they both enjoy spending time with their granddaughters, Evalynn (“Evie”), who was born in October of 2021…

Dawn came to Chestnut Grove in August to 2026 to follow a long line of excellent Administrative Assistances and with Dawn’s background and experience, she fits the mold perfectly. Dawn owns her own travel agency specializing in trips to Disney and Universal. She also serves as the Recreation Administrator of the Gwinnett Soccer Academy. Dawn is married with two children.

Cindy is a wife and proud mother of two adult children. When she’s not welcoming visitors with a warm smile, she enjoys supporting the day-to-day operations of the church office, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. Her love for Jesus and community shines through in all she does. 

After serving our community faithfully as a Gwinnett County police officer, upon retiring, Kevin decided to make it his daily routine to keep not only the members of Chestnut Grove safe while they are on campus, but also to make God’s Little Grove, our weekday preschool, the safest preschool there is. Jerry joined Chestnut Grove staff 3 years ago after retiring from Frito Lay and Publix.   When not cleaning around the church, he enjoys cutting grass. Jerry has a wife of 48 years, 2 daughters, 2 son in laws and 5 grandsons that get the rest of his time.
